Founded in 1987, YDME is a leading IDM high-tech enterprise in the manufacture of analog integrated circuits and discrete devices in China. It currently has a production line of 4-inch and 6-inch silicon chips with a monthly output of 40,000 pieces. The integrated chip production plant that has just completed and will be put into production will integrate R&D, manufacturing and packaging of 8-inch line chips. It is a platform for the R&D, industrialization and packaging and testing of integrated circuits with a line width of 8 inches up to 0.13um. It is expected that the monthly production capacity after mass production can reach 50,000 pieces.
The large fund with the largest investment behind it was established in September 2014 under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Finance. The purpose of its establishment is to support China's local chip industry and reduce its dependence on foreign manufacturers.
This project is Beijing's first mass-produced 8-inch integrated circuit production line. The emergency power supply is exactly the 2400kW/standby 2640kW/10.5kV high-voltage generator set commonly used by Inge, and three parallel machines are started at the same time.
Due to the seriousness, strictness and prudence of the customer, the three machines were repeatedly tested 6-8 times in a single machine within a whole week, and each time they even brought a backup power of about 2650kW. Stand-alone loading, plenty of power and steady sound. Parallel machine with load, the distribution is even and the evaluation rate is stable. Inge high pressure, can stand the harsh test.
The integrated circuit industry has become a national strategic task that my country has been promoting for a long time. As the region with the highest concentration of integrated circuit industry and the most advanced technology level in the country, the development zone accounts for 1/2 of Beijing's industrial scale. The chip industry has developed into a national strategy.
